At ReConnect 1-1, we are proud to celebrate the achievements and activities of the individuals we work with through various platforms.

To keep a record and report on their achievements and progress, we use photographs to document their journey using portfolios.

Also to keep our community informed and to showcase the dynamic experiences we provide, we occasionally use photographs and videos of our students in our publications, on our website, and on social media. This helps us share the unique learning and mentoring environment at ReConnect 1-1 and to celebrate the progress and successes of our students.

At ReConnect, we aim to provide a safe and engaging environment that encourages your child’s learning and personal development.

We are seeking your permission for your child to leave the site under supervision for scheduled breaks and for participation in off-site educational or recreational activities that form part of their learning programme.

All off-site breaks and activities will be fully supervised by our staff, with thorough risk assessments conducted to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

If you consent to your child leaving the site for these breaks and activities, please complete this consent form.

At ReConnect, we are dedicated to providing engaging and hands-on learning experiences that support your child’s growth and development.

We are seeking your permission for your child to take part in basic construction activities as part of their sessions with us.

These activities will involve tasks such as assembling simple structures, handling basic tools, and similar practical work.

If you consent to your child participating in basic construction activities please complete this consent form. 

We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all activities, including those involving weights and calisthenics equipment. Our staff will provide careful supervision, and we’ll put appropriate safety measures in place, supported by thorough risk assessments. However, we do ask for your consent to acknowledge the inherent risks that come with these activities. By giving your permission for your child to take part, you agree that ReConnect and its staff cannot be liable for any injuries that may occur during participation.

We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment. Our staff will put appropriate safety measures in place, supported by thorough risk assessments. However, we do ask for your permission to allow your child to be transported to and from activities by ReConnect staff acknowledging the inherent risks.
