We would like to seek your permission for your child to use weights and calisthenics equipment as part of their activities with ReConnect 1-1.

We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all activities, including those involving weights and calisthenics equipment. Our staff will provide careful supervision, and we’ll put appropriate safety measures in place, supported by thorough risk assessments. However, we do ask for your consent to acknowledge the inherent risks that come with these activities. By giving your permission for your child to take part, you agree that ReConnect and its staff cannot be liable for any injuries that may occur during participation.
